Masculine IQ is built on the principle that your data belongs to you. We collect only what we need to run the platform, we never sell your personal information, and you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
Masculine IQ ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Masculine IQ website at masculineiq.com and the Masculine IQ iOS app. We are a men's wellness competition platform that helps men optimize testosterone, manage weight, build muscle, and improve mental clarity through daily wellness competitions and AI-powered coaching.

Bloodwork and biomarker data you provide is used exclusively to personalize your daily tips and AI coach insights. It is never displayed on any leaderboard, never shared with other users, and never sold to any third party. This data is stored securely in Firebase and is not used for any advertising or profiling purpose.
Masculine IQ is not a medical service. Health insights provided by the app are for general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
All challenge prizes are company-funded stripes — in-app competition credit with no cash value — plus championship titles displayed on your profile. There are no peer-to-peer payments between users and no pooling of user funds. Prizes are credited directly to your account inside the app, so no payment or identity information is collected for prize fulfillment.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Masculine IQ does not store your payment card information. All billing is managed by Apple. To manage, change, or cancel your subscription, go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted service providers, each bound by confidentiality obligations:
Challenge leaderboard rankings and your Macro Identity level are visible to other participants in the same challenge. Your bloodwork, biomarkers, and macro targets are never visible to other users.
We use Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access to authenticated users only. All API keys are stored server-side in Firebase Secret Manager and are never exposed in client code. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Rate limiting is applied to all server functions to prevent abuse.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data, meal logs, activity logs, and challenge history are permanently deleted within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. GA4 uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
When you tap one of our own links, for example masculineiq.com/ig from our Instagram bio or an invite link a friend texted you, our server records that a tap happened: which link, the time, your approximate country and region, your browser's user agent, the page that sent you there, and any tags in the link itself. We do not store your IP address. We store a one-way fingerprint of it, made with a secret key and the date, and we erase that fingerprint after two days. Its only job is to match a tap to an app install on the same network within a few hours. Separately, Firebase keeps a short record of each tap (the time, the link and the country) that we use to count taps per link.
In the first hours after you install the app, it asks our server whether a tap came from the same network (at most three times). If one did, we record that this installation came from that link and add the link to your subscription record at RevenueCat, so we can see which posts lead to free weeks and memberships. If none did, we record the installation as organic. We also record when a free week or membership starts. We do not send your taps to advertising networks, and the app does not read your advertising identifier.
The app also includes Meta's software so we can measure our own ads on Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta when the app is opened and when a free week or membership starts, along with basic device details such as model and system version. We have turned off advertising identifier collection in that software and tell it that tracking is not permitted, and the app does not track you across other companies' apps and websites. That is why it does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission.
After 12 months we delete tap records, except that for a tap that led to an install we keep the link, the time, the country and the device type. If you would rather your install not be linked to one of our posts, search for "Masculine IQ" in the App Store instead of tapping one of our links; your install is then recorded as organic, unless someone on the same network tapped one of our links in the few hours before.
Masculine IQ is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete the account and all associated data immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification.
