By accessing or using the Masculine IQ website or iOS app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read these Terms of Use, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Masculine IQ is a men's wellness competition platform. The platform provides:
Access to challenges requires an active subscription, processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription tiers are as follows:
Credits refresh monthly and do not roll over. Credits are deducted immediately upon joining a challenge and are non-refundable once a challenge has started. If a challenge is cancelled before it starts, credits are returned in full.
To manage, change, or cancel your subscription go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Masculine IQ does not process subscription billing directly.
Masculine IQ challenges are skill-based performance competitions. They are not gambling. All prizes are funded by Masculine IQ from subscription revenue. There is no peer-to-peer wagering, pooling of user funds, or chance-based outcome.
Challenge results are determined by your weighted performance score across nutrition compliance, activity logging, outdoor time, breathwork, and social participation — as defined in the transparent scoring system available within the app.
Prize tiers are as follows:
Prizes are paid via Stripe Connect Express to eligible winners. Masculine IQ covers all Stripe processing fees. Winners receive the full prize amount. Stripe handles identity verification and tax reporting. Winners earning over $600 in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC form as required by US tax law.
Prize payouts expire 90 days after a challenge ends if unclaimed. Masculine IQ reserves the right to withhold prizes if fraud, manipulation, or terms violations are detected.
All scoring is calculated server-side by Masculine IQ. AI photo verification is used to assess meal compliance. Scores are calculated transparently and the full scoring breakdown is available to all participants before and during every challenge.
In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker order is: higher cumulative Macro Identity level, then longer all-time personal streak, then higher count of On Target meals in the challenge. Ties will not appear on any final leaderboard.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of credits, and disqualification from prize eligibility.
By submitting photos or other content to Masculine IQ, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content to provide and improve our services, including processing it through AI verification systems. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
Masculine IQ is not a medical service. All nutrition guidance, macro targets, AI coaching insights, testosterone optimization tips, and training programs provided by the platform are for general wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or supplement regimen. Bloodwork data you provide is used only to personalize your experience and is never used for medical diagnosis.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by visiting masculineiq.com/account/delete. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, meal logs, activity logs, challenge history, and all associated personal data within 30 days. Cumulative prize winnings already paid are not affected. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple before deletion to stop future billing.
All content, branding, scoring systems, identity progression systems, UI design, and technology on the Masculine IQ platform are the property of Masculine IQ and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to other users or the platform. Credits and prize eligibility are forfeited upon termination for cause.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Masculine IQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
